Route Builder is a free Flexbook tool that finds the cheapest order to visit your cities. Drop in your wishlist and dates, and it optimises the visiting order for the lowest total fare and suggests how many nights to spend in each.

How it works

• Add every city on your wishlist and your travel dates.
• Route Builder compares the possible orders and picks the one with the lowest total fare.
• Adjust the nights per city and see the full route on a map before you book.

Who it is for

Route Builder is for travellers who already know which cities they want to see — an Interrail-style city tour, a family visit across countries or a work trip with stops. The order you visit cities in can change the total price a lot; Route Builder checks that for you. If you have no list yet, start with Trip Builder. It saves you pricing every possible order by hand.

Tips for a cheaper trip

• Add only the cities you really want — every extra city adds a flight.
• If your start date can move, check Fare Calendar for the cheapest day to begin.

How booking works

Flexbook finds and plans the trip; bookings are completed on Kiwi.com, our booking partner. When you press Book, you go to Kiwi.com with your flights already selected and pay there, at the price Flexbook showed you. Flexbook adds no markup and no booking fee.
